Old Rose Poncho

Size: 15" X 36"

Materials:

Yarn: 1 Merino Boucle, 1 Sachet Ribbon, 1 Fun Fur Yarn, all in color Old Rose

Gauge: ~2.5 sts per inch using Merino Boucle and Fun Fur held together.

Needles: Size 15.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cast on 40 stitches:

Row l: Knit across with merino and fun fur, then slide back to beg. without turning work.
Row 2: knit across row with ribbon. You will now turn work and be on the Purl side.
Row 3: Purl back with merino and Fun fur.
Row4: Purl back with ribbon.
Repeat these 4 rows until you have worked 12 rows.
Row 13: You will work this row with Ribbon and a knit 1, YO, across the row ending with a K1.
Row 14: Purl back across with ribbon letting the YO'S drop off needle. Repeat rows 1 thru 14 until piece measures at least 36".

Finishing: Sew bound off edge to the first 16" of side edge. Fringe bottom edge of poncho with remaining merino boucle spacing fringe at least l" apart. The YO 's in the Sachet Ribbon create a nice Vertical line and Looks Great wearing it with the point to the side or point in back or even the point in the Front.
